Frequently Asked Questions

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Your order will arrive via UPS, and can take 2-7 business days.

As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow the shipment.

If your order is $75 or over shipping is free within Canada. Orders under $75 are subject to a flat $10 shipping fee. 

We only ship within Ontario.

After your payment is verified, it typically takes 24-48 hours to process and prepare your order. You will receive an email letting you know your order is ready for pickup.

We accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions.

We also allow customers to place orders on account, so they can pay later.

All charges will be in CAD.

If you need to change, cancel, or update your order once it has been placed, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

If your order was unexpectedly canceled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again. If the problem persists please contact us.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns will be covered with a free return shipping label that we will provide to you. If the item is used or damaged upon inspection, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.

After recieving and inspecting that your product is in new and orginal condition. You will receive an email confirming your refund.

It will take 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your payment menthod. This depends on your bank.
